Effective date: 20 June 2026
Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Nanas Sound OÜ when you use WeDig.fyi.
1. Who we are
WeDig.fyi ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Nanas Sound OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16028176, VAT EE102880584), based in Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at asep@wedig.fyi.
2. What WeDig.fyi is
WeDig.fyi is a buy-first music discovery service. You describe a mood, genre, BPM range, label, or seed track, and we return a set of real, sourced tracks (a "crate"), each with links to buy or stream the music from third-party stores and platforms. You can also export a crate to a connected music service (currently Apple Music), which creates a playlist of matching tracks in your own library on that service. WeDig.fyi helps you find music made by people. We do not host, sell, stream, or generate any audio ourselves.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it is higher, to use WeDig.fyi. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.
4. Accounts
- You can use WeDig.fyi without an account, subject to daily usage limits (see clause 5).
- An account lets you save crates and revisit them. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in by default: you give us an email address and we send a one-time link to log in. You may optionally set a password.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email and any password secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at asep@wedig.fyi if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate others or use someone else's email without permission.
5. Usage limits and fair use
- The free service includes a limited number of discovery requests ("digs") per day: currently 2 per day for visitors without an account and 3 per day for signed-in accounts. These limits may change.
- Limits are enforced per browser session and per account, and reset daily.
- Do not try to circumvent the limits (for example by scripting, automating, or clearing sessions to reset counters), and do not use the service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on the third-party services we rely on.
- Beyond the free daily digs, you can buy dig packs to keep crate-digging. Buying digs is covered in clause 6 (Buying digs).
6. Buying digs
- A dig pack adds a fixed number of digs to your account (for example 15 or 50). Pack digs are digital and never expire — they stay on your account until you use them. You need a signed-in account to buy.
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR) before you pay, and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown to you at checkout.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), acting as the merchant of record. Polar processes your payment and handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy; we never see or store your card details.
- Your digs are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed (usually within moments). Because they are delivered to you straight away, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital purchases in the EU.
- All dig pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
- If something goes wrong — your digs are not added, you are charged more than once, or the service is faulty — email asep@wedig.fyi and we will put it right, by re-granting the digs or, where appropriate, arranging a refund through Polar. Nothing in this clause removes the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
- Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled under Polar's policies as merchant of record. Please reach out to us first so we can help resolve any issue directly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights;
- copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, search results, or data, or use them to build a competing dataset or service;
- probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass any security or rate-limiting;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service, except well-behaved search-engine crawling of our public pages;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
8. Crates and your content
- When you ask for a crate you provide a prompt (your description). The crate we return (its title, summary, track list, and the short rationales explaining why each track fits) is generated for you using third-party music data and a language model.
- You can save crates to your account and share them via a public link. Anyone with a saved crate's link can view it, so do not put anything private or sensitive in your prompts or crate titles.
- You grant us a licence to store, display, and process the prompts and crates you create so we can operate the service, including showing your saved crates publicly when you choose to share them.
- You can export a crate to a connected music service (currently Apple Music). Exporting requires you to authorize that service directly. Matching is best-effort: we only add tracks we can confidently match and report the rest as unmatched, so an exported playlist may not contain every track in your crate. Your use of the connected service, and the playlist created in your library, are governed by that service's own terms.
- We may remove crates or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
9. Music data, links, and third parties
- Track and release information comes from third-party sources such as MusicBrainz, Discogs, and ListenBrainz. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate.
- "Buy" and "stream" links point to third-party platforms (for example Beatport, Bandcamp, Discogs, YouTube). We do not control those sites, their availability, prices, or content, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms. We are not a party to any purchase you make there.
- When you export a crate, you authorize the music service (currently Apple Music) directly, and the export happens within your own account on that service. We do not control that service, its availability, or your library there, and we are not a party to your relationship with it.
- WeDig.fyi does not generate audio and does not claim authorship of any music. All tracks are works owned by their respective artists and rights holders.
10. Intellectual property
The WeDig.fyi name, logo, design, and software are owned by Nanas Sound OÜ and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Music and metadata referenced through the service belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to keep WeDig.fyi running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations or that music data or links will be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanas Sound OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Termination
You can stop using WeDig.fyi at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms WeDig.fyi, other users, or third parties.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
